Arrival

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. This allows you time to check in and enjoy a refreshing cup of herbal tea or glass of spring water, fill out your personal profile and relax and unwind prior to your treatment. The more relaxed you are at the start of your service, the more rejuvenated you will feel afterwards.

If you are late for an appointment, we will endeavour to complete your service(s) but may have have to reduce the time taken to avoid inconveniencing following guests.

Privacy and Comfort

Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us. Various spa treatments require different levels of undress. Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and to maintain your privacy and comfort at all times, we provide you with a sarong or robe, slippers and disposable underwear as required. To further protect your modesty during body treatments, you will be warmly draped with only the area being worked exposed at any time.

We want you to relax and feel completely at ease during your treatment so if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please do not hesitate to tell your therapist.

Private shower facilities and lockers are provided for your convenience and complimentary refreshments, fresh fruit or wine are provided at discretion of staff.

Health Issues

For your maximum safety and comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or health practitioner. In particular, please advise if you are pregnant or have allergies or health conditions so we can adapt the treatment(s) for your specific needs.

Mobile Phones & Children

We ask that you respect the peace and tranquillity of the day spa and consider the privacy of other guests by turning off pagers and mobile phones before entering the spa and arranging child care prior to your appointment.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at the rear of the day spa is for the exclusive use of our guests . Please advise reception at time of booking or on arrival if you require parking.
