As our spa facilities and staff are specifically allocated for your personal use during your appointment, we require a service deposit for all bookings in excess of 45 minutes. We also understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment so we expect 24 hours notice if unable to attend so we can re-allocate this time to another client. Any appointments missed or cancelled without notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service.

Acceptance of your appointment includes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
